For the 2025 budget year, the Assessed Valuation of properties within the District is $5,406,040.  The District has certified the following levies on taxable property within the boundaries of the District:

• 13.295 mills for District Operations and Maintenance resulting in $71,873 in property tax revenues collected in 2025
• 66.474 mills for Debt Service resulting in $359,361 in property tax revenues collected in 2025
• 1.330mills for Contractual Obligation with the Town of Bennett, CO resulting in $7,190 in property tax revenues collected in 2025
